Occasional email from Sunil Kumar on running AI agents in production. No gating, no drip sequence. Launching December 2026.

When I publish an essay, a playbook or a field note that is worth your time, I will send an email. That will be roughly twice a month. Nothing on this site is behind a signup; the newsletter is only a way to hear about new pieces without checking back.

What you will not get: a welcome sequence, a "lead magnet", or a sales pitch dressed up as content. If I have something to sell, I will say so plainly.

The first issue goes out in December 2026, with the findings of the first *State of agentic AI in the enterprise* survey. Subscribe now and you will get it the day it is published.
